Nehru Out Bound for Leadership Excellence is an outdoor management development training program designed to improve leadership, communication skills, change management, delegation, team work and motivation. Achievement, performance and behaviors are reviewed through a de-brief session to identify behaviors that enhance performance or lead to failure. Strategies are formulated to use in OBT activities and test its effectiveness for a change behavior. OBT experiences are unbound to be told, it is to be undergone.
